How to extract data inbetween points

Hello. This is a great model. Thank you for your work! Here's a problem I've faced...data is monthly, but the labels are by year. When I try to extract data, the model only recognizes the "marked" points, which are yearly. Resulting in a lot of information being lost. How can this be solved?
